Penny Previtera, CICPresident
Penny founded Integrity Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1991. She began her insurance career in 1973 as a customer service rep.
She earned the prestigious CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) Designation in 1984. This rigorous certification requires years of study. Every CIC counselor must pass exhaustive study and tests in five areas of the insurance industry: Commercial Casualty, Commercial Property, Personal Lines, Life & Health Insurance, and Agency Management. After attaining the designation, you must complete 15 class room hours of Continuing Education every year in order to maintain the designation. There are fewer than 30,000 CICs in the world.
Serving her industry and community is also a priority. Over the years, Penny has served as:

- Association of Sub-Contractors
- Membership Committee - San Antonio Manufacturers Association
- Chairman - Agape Pregnancy Crisis Center
Nunzio Previtera, CIC,CRM
Vice President
Nunzio puts his Finance Degree to work in the day to day operations of Integrity. He excels with National Accounts in the areas of Risk Management, Business Insurance, and Employee Benefits.
Before joining Penny at Integrity Insurance in 1993, Nunzio sold life insurance for John Hancock Life Insurance and held mid-management positions with Borg Warner Corp. and Sysco Food Services.
Nunzio earned the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation in 1998.
Community and Industry service runs in the family. Nunzio has served over the years:
